Banpu China Holds Team-Building Event In Henan

To strengthen team cohesion and deepen the "Banpu Heart" corporate culture, a team-building event themed "Meeting Splendid Henan, Forging Ahead Together" was successfully held in Henan Province in early September. Nearly 90 employees from the Beijing office, coal mines, power plants, and solar farms, took part in the activity.

Over the four-day journey, everyone experienced the dual nourishment of culture and nature. The millennium-old Buddhist charm of Baima Temple enriched the spirit；the  majestic scenery of Yuntai Mountain healed the body and mind; the magnificent stone carvings of the Longmen Grottoes inspired awe. and the Zen and martial arts culture of the Shaolin Temple offered profound insight. Employees immersed themselves in this cultural and natural retreat. While connecting with history and embracing the beauty of nature, they gently shed the strains of work, achieving complete physical and mental renewal.

On the way, the "Banpu Heart" key behavior story-sharing session received an enthusiastic response from employees. Authentic stories of corporate culture put into practice in daily work resonated deeply across the audience. The activity not only enhanced everyone’s understanding of the "Banpu Heart" key behaviors, but also strengthened shared identity and values within the team, effectively boosting overall cohesion.
