Banpu Public Company Limited participated in the Yellow River–Mekong Dialogue and Economic Cooperation Forum, hosted by the Shandong Provincial Government and held in Bangkok on March 31, 2026.

The event served as a key platform for representatives from the Thailand and Chinese governments, as well as international partners, to gather and enhance economic cooperation and regional connectivity across the Yellow River–Mekong basin.

On this occasion, Mr. Kirana Limpaphayom, Chief Operating Officer of Banpu, led a delegation comprising representatives from Banpu Group, Banpu Power, and Banpu China to the forum, where he was honored to deliver remarks. He highlighted the strong Thailand–China partnership and underscored the importance of such platforms in advancing sustainable development and fostering long-term cooperation.
With more than 20 years of presence in the Chinese market, Banpu has established a solid foothold in Shandong Province through its involvement in power generation and renewable energy projects. The company reaffirmed its commitment to supporting China’s energy transition, with a strategic focus on renewable energy, energy storage, and integrated energy solutions.
Banpu further expressed its aspiration to serve as a long-term partner and a bridge for strengthening Thailand–China cooperation, while continuing to contribute to the sustainable development of Shandong and beyond.
