Unit 1 of SLG passes 168hs full load trail operation test

At 08:58 a.m., April 27, 2021, unit 1 of Zhangzi Gaohe 2x660 MW low calorific coal-fired power project constructed and operated by Shanxi Lu Guang Power Generation Co. Ltd passed 168hs full load trail operation and officially entered into production, marking the commercial operation of the first high-efficiency ultra-supercritical low calorific coal unit supporting UHV power grid in Shanxi Province. 

Unit 1 was connected to the grid on March 31, 2021, during commissioning, the operation was stable, with excellent technical indicators, environmental protection facilities were put into operation simultaneously, all the debugging and performance tests have been completed with all the indicators reaching or exceeding the designed values. During the 168hs trial operation period, 109.36 million kWh of power generation was completed, with an average load of 651,000 kW and a load rate of 98.6%, the quality of full load trial operation meets the requirements of "Regulation for Acceptance and Evaluation of Commissioning Quality of Thermal Power Generation Construction Units".

The gratifying results are attributed to the hard work of all the staff and all the people involved in the construction. SLG will continue to strengthen safety management, stabilize production and operation, and welcome the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC with excellent achievements.
