Secretary of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee visits the heat exchange station of Zhengding Plant

On the morning of Nov 20, Mr. Zhang Chaochao, Member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee inspected the heat exchange station in Zhengan Garden community operated by Zhengding Power Plant, Mr. Wang Junhong, Secretary of Zhengding Party Committee and the relevant government officials of Shijiazhuang City and Zhengding County accompanied the visit. Mr. You Shenping, General Manager of Zhengding Plant, gave an overall introduction of heat exchange station, and accompanied the government leaders to make on-site visit of the heat exchange station for their understanding of the heating process and checked the operating parameters of facilities and equipment. Mr. Zhang Chaochao and Mr. Wang Junhong showed satisfaction with the overall operation of the heat exchange station, which is a recognition and inspiration for the heat supply quality of Zhengding Plant. Party Secretary Zhang also put forward requirements and expectations for Zhengding Plant, requesting the plant to enhance work safety and heat supply services.

To ensure a warm winter for the residents of Zhengding County, Zhengding Plant proactively fulfills its social responsibility, made early arrangements for the heating work so that the pipeline network could start to warm up on Nov 8. Meanwhile, the Plant strengthened the dynamic monitoring and adjustment of heating operation, constantly improved the emergency plan to ensure the safe and stable heating operation. The Plant also took measures including grid management, enhancing implementation of responsibilities to improve heating service quality and customer satisfaction. In the combined appraisal of Shijiazhuang City and counties, Zhengding County is the only county where the target rate of the average daily residential room temperature reached 99% at midnight on November 15.
