Dr. Kirana visits cooperative partners in China

From 19 to 22 March, accompanied by Mr. Pilun Pochanart, CEO of Banpu China, Mr. Kirana Limpaphayom, Head of Asia Business and CEO of Banpu Power Public Company Limited, and Mr. Piriya Khempon, Board Director of Banpu, visited BIC's business partners in Shanxi, Henan and Shandong.

On Mar 19, Dr. Kirana and his delegation visited Cao Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ling Renfeng, General Manager of Gemeng International Energy Co., LTD., and visited US - China Clean Energy Research and Development Center, learned about the new energy information platform and intelligent management system of Gemeng, the two sides looked forward to strengthening cooperation in new energy and thermal power technology in the future. In the afternoon, accompanied by Yang Lixuan, General Manager of Luguang Power Plant, Dr. Kirana Banpu’s Shanxi Luguang Power Generation Co., Ltd. to understand the Joint Venture’s production and operation.

The next day, Dr. Kirana visited Shanxi Lu 'an Coal-based Clean Energy Co., LTD., and paid a visit to Shanxi Lu 'an Chemical Group, where they had a meeting with Mr. Wang Zhiqing, Party Secretary and Chairman, and Mr. Ma Junxiang, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Lu 'an Chemical Group, both parties exchanged ideas on how to seek for cooperation in a deeper and broader field and to promote a win-win development. In the afternoon, accompanied by Mr. Wang Yongzheng, Chairman of Shanxi Gaohe Energy Co., Ltd., Dr. Kirana and his team visited Gaohe Mine.

On March 21st, at Hebi Coal Group, Dr. Kirana and his team were warmly welcomed by Mr. Li Shumin, Party Secretary and Chairman, Mr. Pi Dafeng, General Manager of Hebi Coal Group, the two sides agreed to give full play to their respective advantages in the relevant fields, constantly explore new areas and ways of cooperation, and closely cooperate with each other to achieve mutual benefits and win-win.

On the 22nd, Dr. Kirana arrived at Xiwang Group, and was warmly received by Mr. Wang Yong, Party Secretary of Xiwang Village, Mr. Xia Peijian, President of Xiwang Group and Mr. Wang Dong, Vice Chairman Wang Dong of Xiwang Group. The two sides reviewed the good cooperative relationship over the past 18 years and had candid and in-depth exchanges on win-win cooperation and better development in the future.

Dr. Kirana and Director Piriya's trip to China deepened the exchange and mutual understanding with the cooperative partners, and reached consensus with them on exploring new fields and ways of cooperation, further enhancing the cooperation, and realizing win-win under the principles of mutual respect, mutual support, and mutual benefit in the future.
